This page covers all configuration options available in reSCRP.

Environment Variables

All configuration is managed through environment variables in the .env file.

Application Settings

Database Configuration

TCM Module Database

Study Modules

Enabling Modules

Modules are enabled through the MODULES environment variable:

# Single module
MODULES=tcm

# Multiple modules (future)
MODULES=tcm,bcr,other

TCM Module Configuration

The T-Cell Map (TCM) module requires:

1. Database with TCM schema
2. Preprocessed single-cell data
3. Proper file permissions for data access

SSL/TLS Setup

Development (HTTP)

For local development, disable SSL:

SSL_ENABLED=false

Production (HTTPS)

SSL_ENABLED=true
SSL_KEY=/path/to/private.key
SSL_CERT=/path/to/certificate.crt
SSL_CA=/path/to/ca-bundle.crt
